Start Coaching

It can be a challenge to become and stay successful when you start coaching people. Empathy has nothing to do with coaching skills and we can all improve our listening skills, our observation skills and our ability to ask good questions.

Start Coaching - Coaching beyond conversation

Skills, results and clients

Coaching is the art of co-creation. A coaching session brings time to think, offers a new perspective and is a leverage to insight and learning. Coaching is an essential part of personal development, improving performance, stimulating personal leadership and of making progress on the personal and professional level. The base of coaching may always be the same, there are many niches within the domain of coaching, each niche with its own specific skills and nuances: executive coaching, life coaching, sports coaching, team coaching … These skills don't come naturally and we are not born with them. A wrongful approach can even lower performance. A good education like this course is a step in the right direction.

About Leuven

Lively Leuven is an ancient capital, a prominent brewing centre and Flanders’ oldest university town. In term time, and even during holidays, some 25000 students give the city an upbeat, creative air.
The pitoresque core is small enough that you could easily see the sights in a small day trip, but characterful pubs and good-value dining could keep you here for weeks. (source: Lonely Planet)
