Marc InnegraeveI coach teams to support them in finding solutions for complex challenges, to improve their collaboration, their effectiveness, and their performance, and if necessary, to achieve behaviour change of the team, its members or its leadership.
As a coach, I successfully guided an international media company after an acquisition in the merging of their IT divisions into 50 new teams. With the same client, we also coached a department of 10 teams during a smooth agile transition. I coached the executive team of an energy provider to solve an internal conflict that stood in the way of their realization of an organization-wide transformation project. I facilitated the international executive team of a retail and distribution holding to develop a shared vision for the digitalization and reorientation of their business. These are only a few of our coaching missions in the various industries where we operate and where technology often plays an important role: MediaTech, FinTech, Education, Professional Services, IT. I have a passion for team coaching, because of the complexity, the interaction with and between people, and the level of potential impact. Teamcoaching has a greater leverage on the performance of a department or organization, than individual coaching has. It’s a privilege and each time an exciting challenge to be able to deliver this leverage. For each team I seek an optimal balance between the science of evidence-based coaching, my own experience as a coach and a leader, and the art of working with teams. I have years of international experience as a leader on executive level – ‘service & operations’, ‘business development’, ‘people, architecture, technology, and security’, ‘head of people & culture’ – as well as in various industries: IT, education, mediatech, fintech, professional services. Furthermore, for 10 years I was a lecturer in creativity and change management for executive MBA programs worldwide, a.o. OUBS (Milton Keynes, UK; Munich, Germany), Link (Moscow, Russian Federation), School of Commerce (Addis Abeba, Ethiopia). I have an MSc in electronical engineering (KUL, ’91), an MBA at Vlerick Business School (’01), and recently an MSc in Coaching and Behaviour Change at Henley Business School (’21). I have a passion for lifelong learning! Contact me to talk about the challenges of your teams: Phone: +32 473 27 22 66 Email: [email protected] |
