Change has become a constant in every organization, driven by technological innovation, globalization and changing markets. Whether you want to increase efficiency, restructure business processes and the organization or improve the way your people function within the organization, successful change depends on how you involve stakeholders, how you deal with the complexity of the change and align it with the strategy of the organization, how you communicate about the change and train the people about how they can find better ways to perform.

Facilitating change

Change management deals with the transformation of individuals and teams in the organization to redirect the use of resources, business processes, or other modes of operation to significantly reshape an organization.
There is one critical aspect of successful change. It is the ability of the organization to win the buy)in of their employees on the change. To manage change effectively we need to:
1) Frame the changes within the broader business environment.
2) Develop the necessary adjustments for the needs of the organization.
3) Train the staff on the appropriate changes
4) Win the support of the employees
